- How do I get a price quote?
Please email us at 808Shirts@gmail.com for a quote. We would need a picture of the design, the number of shirts, the style of shirt, the sizes and colors you need.
- What are your minimums?
Our minimum order is 12 total pieces per design.
It can have up to 3 colors in a single location.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
Our orders are completed in 2 weeks minimum. Sometimes the order can be completed sooner.
When we give you your quote, we can let you know the exact time for order completion. This turnaround time begins as soon as we receive your 50% payment. We
will contact you as soon as the order is ready. Rush charges may apply for
orders needed sooner than our typical turnaround time.
Shipping time is not included in the turnaround time.
- Can I see a sample before my order goes into production?
Printed samples are not available for custom screen print orders due to the cost and time required to set up a job. However, we will gladly set up a digital mock shirt to show you what the design will look like on the t-shirt. We do not begin production until both parties agree on the design and 50% of the payment is received.
- Can we send artwork using Word or Power Point?
Microsoft Word, Excel, Works, Publisher and Power
Point are not vector based graphics programs meaning that artwork
created in these programs can not be used for screen printing. The
files can be used as a point of reference but artwork will need to be recreated with a charge of $40 for the conversion.
- Are pictures from the internet acceptable?
Web-based images such as JPEG, GIF, TIF and BMP can be used as a reference, but will incur art charges in order for the artwork to be recreated for screen printing.
- Can We Submit Hand-Drawn Artwork?
Hand drawn artwork is acceptable as long as it is
black and white, using a black felt tip pen (not a ballpoint pen or
pencil. SHARPIES are great.). Any traces of pencil marks need to be completely erased
before submitting. Artwork should not be any larger than 12x17. Any shading will be printed as halftones.
- How do I cancel my order?
In the event of an order cancellation, refunds are based upon the status
of the order, and are be subject to penalties and/or restocking charges. Please notify us as soon as possible.
- What if there is a mistake with my order?
If a mistake is made in the printing process, we will reprint your
items at no additional charge, as quickly as possible. We do not offer
refunds on custom screen printed items. We encourage you to check the accuracy of
your order immediately upon delivery, as we will not be held accountable
for defects in your order unless contacted within 48 hours of delivery.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We prefer the following Vector art files:
.AI
.EPS
.PDF
- We can also accept .psd, .jpeg and .tiff.
- Please submit all artwork in 100% black. If using more then 1 color, submit the different colors separated in 100% black. Be sure to include a color picture of the design as a reference.
( 100% black means the image is ALL BLACK. Even if you want the image printed in color.)
- If you want an EXACT color to be used in your design, please use ONLY Pantone colors. If PANTONE colors are not used, we will match up the colors visually with our color chart.
- If your image is a .jpeg or pixel file, the resolution needs to be 300dpi or higher.
- Image can be 12''x17''
Make sure all font layers are rasterized or converted to outlines.
(We may not have the same FONT you used in our system. By rasterizing or outlining, you imprint that font in your artwork.)
- Please make the image the EXACT size you want it printed.
